At my first appointment with Sam I brought in a bunch of photos and instead of just saying yes she talked me through how the cut would work on me, explaining my hair type and the maintenance it would take. She provided suggestions on how to get the look I wanted that would suit my hair and lifestyle. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure that I would walk out of there with a cut I loved. At the end of the appointment she gave me the straighteners and taught me how to curl my hair to give me a natural looking wave. I've never experienced such care from a hairdresser before and since then there is no one else I would ever see. And she's also just a genuinely lovely and interesting person to chat to!
